The frames for this artwork were conceived to act in a similar way to the format of a book. Equipped with hinges they were double-sided triptychs, diptychs and one solo image. On the reverse side were original text & images from vintage "La Presse" newspapers clippings. Often advertisements or fashion shots, these clippings were testimony to the beauty standards of their time.
Les cadres pour cette oeuvre ont été conçus afin d'agir de recréer un format semblable à un livre. Aménagés avec des charnières, ces triptyques, diptyques et l'image solo avaient des côtés réversibles. Du côtés inverse se trouvaient des images et textes originaux du journal La Presse. Souvent des announces ou images de mode, ces coupures témoignaient des standards de beauté de leur époque.
